Our story
Zorohire started in 2025 with a hunch of Mary Triolo's: the best jobs are often at companies you haven't heard of yet. Early-stage startups give you real ownership and room to grow fast — but actually finding the right one has always been far harder than it should be.
So we built something simpler. We hand-pick roles from startups across a range of industries, then back them up with honest guides and advice — the kind of stuff we wish we'd had when we were first trying to make sense of startup hiring ourselves.
That's the whole idea: cut the noise, and put good people in front of the teams building something worth joining. We're a registered company in the UK, and honestly, we're only just getting started.
